Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie
1 banana, frozen
1 C vanilla almond milk
1 C pumpkin, grated
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp ginger
1/4tsp all spice
1/4tsp nutmeg
Freshly ground pumpkin seeds, optional
Agave nectar, stevia, or honey to taste
Combine ingredients in a high power blender until creamy
